All stock offered for sale is Guaranteed Authentic & Genuine. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit products. Our goods are all obtained in Italy from agents, resellers and retailers. Occasionally goods may have been worn on the catwalk.
Once you have purchased an email will be sent to you acknowledging the details.
We reserve the right not to accept an order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or an uncleared cheque.

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Selandari’s Italian Collection for a full refund. You must inform Selandari’s Italian Collection via email within 7 days clearly stating your order number. For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched via e-mail or calling our customer service number. If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us.
Return an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with labels within 14 days of receipt. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
In the interests of hygiene we do not accept the return of:
- All underwear/lingerie, control wear, hosiery and swimwear unless the protective strips and tags are still in place
- Pierced jewellery and pierced body jewellery
- Cosmetics, toiletries and personal grooming products

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods

If you receive an incorrect item
If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, please contact customer services quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Jewellery care guidelines
Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
Postage & Shipping
We are currently sending goods directly from Italy, whilst we set up our UK headquarters. Therefore we ask you to be patient - the extra wait will be worth it! We send by courier, with proof of posting, and signature on arrival. Most items should arrive within 5 working days
